Every trade professional representing FAST’s Solutions:

Warranty Coverage
In Australia, consumers are protected by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). FAST’s Solutions offers warranty terms that meet and, in many cases, exceed these basic requirements.
- 6-Year Workmanship Warranty: We provide a 6-year warranty on all labour performed by FAST’s Solutions or our engaged trades.
- Manufacturer’s Warranties: All fixtures, fittings, and materials supplied by us carry the standard manufacturer’s guarantee. Please note that warranty periods for products may differ between Residential and Commercial use.
Client-Supplied Materials & Third-Party Work
FAST’s Solutions warrants its own labour and supplied materials. However:
- Any building work or materials performed or supplied by the client are not covered under this warranty.
- In the event of an issue arising from client-supplied materials, we reserve the right to charge for any additional inspections, repairs, or re-installation works required.
- Written approval must be obtained prior to the commencement of the project for any client-supplied “PC items” (Prime Cost items like taps, toilets, etc.).
Existing Tiles & Matching
During renovations or repairs where existing tiles are being retained:
- FAST’s Solutions will take all reasonable care, but we are not responsible for damage caused to existing tile work during the removal of old fixtures.
- When matching new tiles or grout to existing work, an exact match may not be possible due to batch variations or age. Differences in colour, size, or texture will not be considered a defect.
Water Damage & Site Inspections
In the event of a water damage claim:
- A site inspection by a FAST’s Solutions representative is required to evaluate the claim.
- If it is found that FAST’s Solutions is not liable for the fault (e.g., the leak is due to a client-supplied product or lack of maintenance), we reserve the right to recover all inspection costs and charge a service fee to the claimant.
- The claimant must ensure that products are easily accessible for our team to carry out warranty services.
Warranty Exclusions
Claims will not be accepted where:
- Plumbing or regulated works were modified or repaired by an unlicensed person after our handover.
- Installations are not in compliance with the Australian Plumbing Code (AS3500) due to post-handover modifications.
- Glass breakage occurs after the receipt/handover of goods.
- Faults are caused by unsuitable use, accidents, or a complete lack of maintenance.
- Harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners have been used on finishes.
- The project is subject to Commercial Use (e.g., hotels, salons, restaurants) unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
- Damage is caused by structural movement or acts of nature (floods, storms, etc.).

Warranties apply only to the original owner and are non-transferable unless agreed in writing. Except as required by law, this warranty does not include compensation for physical injury, loss of time, or consequential financial loss.
