From the first meeting with Syed and his team, we felt comfortable and knew they understood what we wanted and our budget. The communication was very good from start to finish. Sajid, our supervisor, was always helpful and made sure any questions or concerns were handled quickly. Renovating can be stressful, but they made the whole process easy for us. While my house has an 1980’s appeal, my husband and I decided our bathroom should be more modern but still not totally out of place in regard to our house. I initially had Syed build a brick paving driveway. Even through I had communicated the whole time with Syed, he and his co worker convinced my mum to pay them $2000 cash to fix the reticulation when I wasn’t there. They left without finishing the brick paving or the reticulation. They promised me they would come back to make the finishing touches on the drive way and actually fix the reticulation. Almost 2 years later the brick paving has not been completed. I begged them come back to fix the reticulation. They eventually did come by and do something but still did not finish the job properly and now I have to pay someone else to do the job. At the end of the day they pretty much took $2000 extra from my mum who is a pensioner and nothing has been completed. They should refund my mum her money.
